Thorough Move-In and Move-Out InspectionFirst Rate Property Management wants each of our tenants to get a full security and cleaning deposit refund, so we help you. We perform a very detailed interior inspection with you prior to moving in. We'll annotate any damages or cleaning issues, as well as document them with photos and/or video. We also show you how to work your appliances, change your furnace filters and anything else you wish additional instructions on.
When you move out, we'll send you a "help list" to assist you in your cleaning efforts and schedule a move-out inspection and compare it to your move-in inspection to ensure that you are not charged for damages or cleaning issues that were pre-existing.
